Any Issues with Payment? No Problem

If you had any complications with payment reach out to us at sales@putterlounge.com. You do not need to fill out another order form – we have the details in our database. We will send you an invoice that is payable online (by credit card, or PayPal).

If you are filling out multiple order forms for multiple putters you should shoot us an email at sales@putterlounge.com when all of your order forms are complete. We will consolidate all the services in one invoice and include one shipping rate.

What Happens Next?

1. Send in your project to us at Putter Lounge. The address is in your email confirmation, and always available on our website.

2. Make sure to keep a record of your tracking code

3. Within 48 hours (typically the same day) we receive your putter we will send a notification that it is here and reach out to see if there is any clarification needed. If everything looks good, our checkin email will reach you that is a copy of your invoice.

4. We will send a copy of your invoice once again once your project is complete. This will include the tracking info for your package.

 

Change Requests

If you have any requests for changes to your order it is best to email them to sales@putterlounge.com. Not all changes can be accommodated based on how far along we are in the project.
